Why are all Émulsion vinaigrettes opaque when there are also vinaigrettes on the market in which the different ingredients are visible?
The answer is in its name: there was an emulsion! Since water and oil are two liquids that do not mix, we use ingredients and equipment that allow us to mix them. This way we obtain an opaque, creamy and airy texture that doesn’t have ingredients settling and forming different layers. This is what we call an emulsion!
Why are Émulsion vinaigrettes not sold at the same price everywhere?
We sell our products at the same base price to all retailers, but the retailer is free to display the product at any price they wish. We have no control over the price of our vinaigrettes in grocery stores.
Do Émulsion vinaigrettes contain traces of peanuts?
No, all of our products are peanut-free.
Are Émulsion vinaigrettes gluten-free?
Yes, all of our vinaigrettes are gluten-free, with the exception of the Japanese Sesame vinaigrette, as gluten is present in the soy sauce that makes up the vinaigrette.
Which Émulsion vinaigrettes are suitable for a vegan diet?
Most of our vinaigrettes are vegan. Our famous Ranch, normally made with buttermilk, is dairy-free and vegan. An industry first! Our fruit-based vinaigrettes (Raspberry and Cranberry Citrus) are also vegan, in addition to Dijon and Onion, Balsamic, Pumpkin and Coco Curry.
