- 2 L (8 cups) baby spinach
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 45 mL (3 tbsp.) sunflower seeds
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) Émulsion Raspberry dressing
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh raspberries
- Put the spinach, chopped green onions and sunflower seeds in a large salad bowl.
- Add the dressing and mix well.
- Place on a serving plate and garnish with fresh raspberries.
