- Type of dish : Chipotle sriracha
- 1 romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) roasted cashews
- 85 mL (1/3 cup) Émulsion Chipotle Sriracha dressing
- 1 bag instant ramen noodles
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the instant noodles.
- Crush the noodles to break them into small pieces.
- Add the noodles to the salad just before serving to keep them crisp.
