- Type of dish : Balsamic
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Émulsion Balsamic dressing
- Salt and pepper
- Dice the tomatoes, shallot and celery.
- Chop the garlic cloves.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with toasted bread slices or garlic bread au gratin.
