- Type of dish : Cucumber mint
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tomato, cut in half and sliced
- 250 ml (1 cup) Iceberg lettuce, chopped
- Pickled turnip sticks
- 4 pitas
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) Émulsion Cucumber Mint dressing
- Marinate chicken breasts in 250 ml (1 cup) of dressing for at least 1 hour.
- Grill chicken breasts on BBQ. Discard excess dressing.
- Mince chicken breasts.
- Top pitas with sliced chicken, pickled turnip sticks, tomato slices and iceberg lettuce.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing and close.
